WrICE Alumni Eliza Vitri Handayani completed a year-long Arts Leadership Program with Australia Council for the Arts and returned recently to Australia where she reconnected with many of her fellow WRICE writers.

In 2020, Eliza is undertaking a secondment with SharingStories Foundation, which works with Indigenous communities to protect and grow stories and cultural heritage through cutting-edge digital media and art forms.

As a novelist and director of the independent arts and literary initiative InterSastra, Eliza is very interested in transforming stories into digital media and tapping into its huge potential for engaging a wider audience.
